FAQ

What is meant by the standard 220V model and the 24V model on request?
The Cliff range is supplied as standard in the 220-240V configuration with On/Off control: this means that the device has the driver already integrated into the body and connects directly to the normal electrical network, turning it on and off via a standard switch. If you need to adjust the light intensity or integrate the bollards into a home automation system, you can request the special 24V DC low-voltage version. This variant interfaces with power supplies and remote control modules located in an electrical panel for management via Triac, Casambi, DALI, or Tuya Smart protocols.

Why is there a difference between the "Source" and "System" lumens indicated on the data sheet?
The Source lumens indicate the total light emitted by the bare Lumileds LED chips inside the circuit. The System lumens represent the actual light that comes out of the bollard and illuminates the outside environment. The difference lies in the 360° frosted glass diffuser: the glass shields the LEDs to eliminate direct visual glare and make the light soft and comfortable, while retaining a physiological level of emission to ensure excellent optical comfort.

Is the included plastic spike sturdy enough to support the concrete stake?
Yes. The included spike is molded from high-density technopolymer and engineered with structural ribs that prevent bending. Once firmly inserted into the ground or lawn, it provides perfect mechanical anchoring. For installation on concrete screeds or stable flooring (e.g., stoneware or stone), the lamp body can be secured directly to the ground using mechanical anchors using its support base.
