All products are covered by ALL RISK insurance, which protects against damage or loss during transport.
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check that the goods are intact and properly packaged. In case of tampering and/or damage, the customer must clearly describe the issue in the “GOODS CHECK RESERVATION” section of the delivery document.
Please note that goods will only be replaced if the damage is reported on the delivery document. This is necessary because only through these notes can we be reimbursed by our carriers, allowing us to replace the goods free of charge.
Deliveries must never be refused, even in the case of visible damage, otherwise return and reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
You have 5 days from the date of receipt to request the opening of a damage claim.
