Easy Returns, how to do it?
1. Send the email
Send an email to our address store@lemanicasa.it indicating the order number and the desire to proceed with the return.
You will receive a form to return filled in, where you can indicate the products to return and select the return method.
2. Wait for approval
Within 24-48 hours, you will receive the transport document that you will need to print and attach to the package.
3. Prepare the package
Prepare the package paying attention to the packaging. Remember to apply the transport document you received to the package.
4. Collection / Shipping
Depending on the method you have chosen, our courier will come to collect the package (the cost of collection will be deducted directly from the refund) or you can send it with your trusted courier.
5. Wait for your refund
Within 14 days, you will receive your refund directly on the payment method selected during the purchase.
