Zanotta Divano Shiki

The Shiki sofa was designed by Damian Williamson inspired by the simplicity of the Japanese futon. It features a padded mattress on a wooden frame, with a large seat cushion designed with a refined quilted pattern. The project aims to reconstruct an urban landscape with the dynamic alternation of different thicknesses and heights, creating a harmonious contrast between different materials, finishes and volumes.
The sartorial detail of the toggles, applied by hand and matching the covering, adds a touch of elegance to this sofa that ties in effortlessly with a classic or modern decor.

Wooden base covered in the same fabric or leather as the sofa. Wooden structure. Springing on elastic bands. Backrest and seat padding in polyurethane of different densities/heat-bound polyester fibre. Back cushion in goose down – 100% virgin material. Roll cushion in polyurethane/heat-bound polyester fibre. Covering with quilted seat cushion, removable in fabric or leather.
On request, the version with all high backrests is available.
