Tolda is a captivating modern version of the classic dressing table, revisited with humor and a neo-romantic streak.
The wide range of finishes guarantees balance between style and versatility: it is possible to choose between multiple colors for the lacquering of the structure, as well as for the top, also available veneered in canaletto walnut, black ash and flamed oak. The practical and elegant mirror is adjustable and gives the console a vintage note that makes it a timeless piece of furniture.
The upper shelf defines the line of the desk and offers additional space for storing documents, books, laptops and other objects; its leather covering completes the timeless look of Tolda.

Designer: Valentina Carretta

Born in Treviso in 1981, Valentina graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan in 2006, after a study experience at the Bauhaus Universität in Weimar. Already in 2005 the collaboration with Fabrica began, in the design department, currently directed by Sam Baron. Since 2008 he has supported Fabrica's consultancy activity with freelance work. His works have been exhibited at the Triennale di Milano, the Gardiner Museum in Toronto, the MAD Museum in New York, the MUDAC in Lausanne and at the furniture fairs in Milan and Paris. Fascinated by the laws that regulate nature and behavior, Valentina understands design as a language that investigates everyday habits and customs.
