Miniforms Tavolino Acco

The Acco coffee table is inspired by the model of the dining table of the same name and reflects the creativity of Miniforms design in the details of the intricate design of the base, made of wood with an accordion design.
The precise lines in Canaletto walnut connect harmoniously to the glass top, giving life to an element full of style and character.

Designer: Florian Schmid

Florian Schmid, born 1984 in Germany, graduated in 2011 from the University of Munich, Faculty of Applied Sciences and subsequently opened his own practice. He designs and designs furniture, textiles and consumer goods. Objects often have an iconic and figurative impression. The design process is guided by a strong playful and experimental sense, always keeping in mind the nature of the materials themselves and their character. With its design it wants to provoke emotion in consumers and improve the surrounding environment. His works have been exhibited at London's Design Festival, during BODW in Hong Kong, at the D3 Contest Design Talents in Cologne and at the Salone del Mobile in Milan. He has already received several awards, such as the IF Award 2012; he was nominated as a "newcomer" in the 2013 German Design Award and his works have been acquired by various design collections. Recently, in the spring of 2014, he was awarded by the newspaper Architektur & Wohnen as "A & W DESIGNTALENT 2013".
