STEEL
FEATURES: Iron and carbon alloy with a carbon percentage of less than 2%. The steel used in Vermobil products is treated to resist atmospheric agents via galvanizing process. ENVIRONMENT Steel produced from recycled material does not present any degradation in mechanical properties , thus being indistinguishable from "new" material. It is never consumed but continuously transformed through recycling processes, which is why it is considered a "permanent material", at the basis of the circular economy. USE AND MAINTENANCE The best way to ensure maximum product life is to store it during winter season in closed and dry places, to prevent humidity from creating condensation. If the products are located in a seaside area, it is advisable to clean the surfaces every two/three months with delicate detergents, then protecting them with Vaseline oil. IMPORTANT: do not leave waterproof synthetic sheets on table tops for extended periods. Condensation could damage the paintwork.

CORD
Composition: 65% Olyna Outdoor, 35% Polyester Antibacterial, anti-mould, recyclable, anti-allergic, washable at 30°, chlorine resistant , resistant to sunlight.
The Vermobil synthetic rope is made of an Italian polyolefin fiber patented for outdoor use. The fiber is perfectly waterproof and resistant to UV rays, chlorine and humidity.

The fabrics used for VERMOBIL cushions reflect the cleanliness and hygiene needs of textiles both at home and in the contract sector. They are also very easy to clean because they repel stains. Depending on the type of stain you want to remove, you can simply use water, detergent or bleach to achieve a flawless result. By being able to use this type of solution, it is possible to have total hygiene free of microorganisms, viruses and bacteria.
MAINTENANCE: Even when there are no stains, you can easily disinfect the fabric with a light solution, 3 tablespoons of bleach per liter of water:
1. Apply the solution with a cloth or spray on the surface you wish to disinfect.
2. Subsequently, wipe with a clean, dry cloth to remove excess moisture and leave it to dry in the open air.
Most stains can be easily removed with soap and water or alcohol. For more resistant stains, prepare a solution with 20% household bleach and 80% water:
1.Let the solution act on the fabric and remove the stain by scrubbing with a sponge or soft toothbrush.
2.After cleaning, rinse the area well with clean water to remove all bleach residue.
3.Dry with a dry cloth, preferably cotton, and let it finish drying.
IT IS POSSIBLE TO CLEAN AND DISINFECT THE UPHOLSTERY WITH BLEACH, FOR COMPLETE HYGIENE AND SAFETY. The thread is colored inside, in this way the color remains excellently solid and unaltered even in contact with bleach.

VERMOBIL cushions are made with high quality fabrics that resist both rays UV, maintaining the colors for a long time, and water-based. They are in fact coated internally with a layer of PVC which makes them waterproof. They are also equipped with a layer of 3D fabric which allows the internal padding to breathe and combat the formation of mould.
