Outdoor extendable table with ceramic top, two sizes
The Milo extendable table by Talenti stands out for its refined and timeless design, perfect for completing an elegant and welcoming outdoor environment. The ceramic top, a precious and resistant material, represents the distinctive feature of this table, enhancing the harmony with the powder-coated aluminum structure, light but solid. Thanks to its integrated extension system, the table offers the possibility of adapting to different space needs, without compromising aesthetics and stability. The 160 cm model extends up to 215 cm, while the 200 cm model can extend up to 260 cm with an integrated aluminum extension or up to 320 cm thanks to the addition of an extra ceramic panel. Combined with the dining chairs by Talenti, the table creates a romantic, modern and sophisticated atmosphere, suitable for both convivial moments and more intimate dinners.
Designer: Marco Acerbis
Marco Acerbis was born in 1973 and completed his studies in architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan in 1998. From 1997 to 2004 he lived and worked in London where he collaborated with the Foster & Partners studio. In these years he was involved in the construction of an eight-story building for scientific research at Imperial College and became Project Manager of Capital City Academy, a 250-meter-long high school for 1,400 students, inaugurated by Tony Blair. In 2004, upon his return to Italy, he opened his own architecture and design studio. Fascinated by design without limits of scale, he quickly proceeded to explore countless themes with a constant intertwining of skills, intuitions and technologies, with the aim of creating a global project space. The Vertigo lamp quickly became both a best seller and a timeless icon and is included in the permanent collection of the Vitra Design Museum. The Prius handle won the Honorable Mention at the XXI Compasso d'Oro. The Kloe Dining Chair won the Red Dot Design Award 2009 and the Wave tap won the Red Dot Design Award 2015. His interest in contemporary living issues also led him to actively engage in the world of eco-sustainable architecture with the construction of POLINS, a Strategic Innovation Hub, a CasaClima Class A+ certified building.
