Horm Sedia Raphia Rattan

Born from design research on the use of materials and related applications in furnishings, Raphia Rattan is the union between contemporaneity and tradition, between technology and craftsmanship. An oxymoron that brings together two souls of production linked to Italian territoriality: the metal industry and the small, historic, rattan and wicker manufacturing companies. Today there are still few realities that preserve the knowledge of this tradition, where the manual skill and craftsmanship of each piece make it unique. Raphia brings this history and tradition with it into a contemporary context.

Frame in embossed painted metal.
Seat and backrest in natural rush.
Nylon ties.
Self-levelling feet.
