Emu Lettino Holly

A significant novelty among the EMU sunbed proposals, designed by our internal team at the Research Centre. Holly is a sunbed with a simple and flexible style, equipped with an aluminum structure which makes it particularly suitable for locations near the sea.

The cover is made of Texplast, resistant to atmospheric agents and water-repellent, fixed to aluminum profiles, with retractable wheels for greater practicality.

The insoles, like other plastic details, were made by injection molding using nylon with anti-UV additives.

It is a cot that can be stacked up to 8 pieces. Available in different Texplast colors and with the option of a sun canopy.

Aluminium
Aluminium alloys, particularly suitable for cold working and die casting, appropriately treated to resist atmospheric agents and powder coated.
USE AND MAINTENANCE
To keep the product in good condition for a long time, we recommend correct periodic cleaning, particularly frequent in locations characterized by high humidity and a marine climate. It is recommended to clean the surfaces with a soft cloth using water or neutral detergents. Prolonged and uninterrupted exposure to intense UV radiation or very cold temperatures can affect the initial characteristics of the colored aesthetic covering made of polyester. We recommend cleaning and storing the products in sheltered places during periods of prolonged disuse and in winter.

EMU-Tex
It is a technical outdoor fabric made with polyvinyl chloride thread. It has characteristics of exceptional robustness to guarantee durability over time: maximum resistance to ultraviolet rays, atmospheric agents, humidity and temperature changes.
USE AND MAINTENANCE
Avoid prolonged contact with greasy and/or coloring substances which could be absorbed by the covering material and give rise to permanent stains, as well as deteriorating the structure of the yarn. Frequent washing: use water and non-abrasive liquid detergents with neutral PH and colorless. If necessary, leave the detergent to act for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. If using pressure devices, keep the tip of the diffuser at a distance of at least 60/70 cm from the surface of the product. If necessary repeat the operation. Periodic and/or extraordinary washing: use a regenerating stain remover for PVC, according to the following procedure.
Operations to be carried out:
– apply the stain remover to the dirty sheet;
– let the product act for 15 -30 minutes;
– rub the stained areas with a common hard-bristled laundry brush (this phase is necessary since the dirt is inside the texture);
– rinse with running water (if possible rinse with pressure washer maintaining a distance of approximately 60 cm to avoid damaging the sheet with high pressure);
– if necessary repeat the operations.
Note: when applying the product, be careful not to apply it in the painted parts of the product.
