Sideboard with doors and shelves
The Block sideboard, designed for Mogg, is a furnishing element with a strong personality that interprets the living area through stylized and rigorously geometric shapes. With a bourgeois and elegant visual language, this container becomes the true protagonist of the home, allowing for ample freedom of interpretation thanks to the wide range of available finishes. The uniqueness of the project lies in the interplay of volumes and contrasting materials: the main body, raised from the ground, rests lightly on an imposing monolithic base in a choice of concrete or fine marble. A highly versatile technical detail also allows you to define the exact position of the container on the base during assembly, allowing you to customize the asymmetry and visual balance of the furniture.
The Block sideboard features imposing proportions yet is perfectly balanced for the living area:
The The Block collection creates a fascinating visual contrast between the cabinet's finish and the textured base:
| Sideboard Component | Material / Finish Type | Color Variations and Aesthetic Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Cabinet (Carcass and Doors) | Matte Lacquer (MDF) | All colors from the international RAL sample book. Silky, minimalist surface. |
| Direct Gloss Lacquer (MDF) | All colors from the international RAL sample book. High-impact, mirror-like finish. | |
| Wood Essence | Moka-stained Ash, for a warm, tailored look with a classic/contemporary feel. | |
| Support Base | Concrete | Neutral, material texture with a Brutalist/architectural inspiration. |
| Travertine Marble | Natural stone with warm, porous tones, rich in historic and elegant veining. | |
| Fossil Green Marble | Prestigious marble with deep green hues and fossil veining Unique and exclusive. |
N.B. Regarding Marble and Concrete Bases: Since these are natural or handcrafted materials (marble and concrete), any slight variations in tone, uneven grain, or surface micro-porosity are intrinsic characteristics of the material that attest to the authenticity and value of each piece.
To preserve the beauty of lacquered materials, ash wood, and stone or concrete bases:
In chHow do you choose the position of the cabinet on the base?
The MDF structure does not have a fixed position on the base: during assembly, it is possible to slide or offset the cabinet with respect to the marble or concrete block according to the dedicated technical diagrams. This allows you to accentuate the asymmetrical overhang and customize the visual rhythm of the furniture.
What internal components are included in the Block sideboard?
The sideboard features 3 hinged doors and includes 3 elegant clear glass shelves, designed to best organize the storage space for dishes, glasses, or valuable objects.
Is it possible to customize the color of the sideboard?
Yes, the body and doors can be made in any RAL color (both matte and gloss finishes) or in the warm mocha-stained ash wood variant.
