Emu Dining Set Como

The Como dining set is part of a complete collection consisting of a dining chair and armchair, a dining armchair with high backrest, an armchair, a sofa, a dining table and a low table. 
The structure of the chairs and the table base is made of steel tubes with a diameter of 22 mm and a thickness of 2 mm to obtain high outdoor performance. The presence of steel rods connected to the structure which form a decorative pattern on the backs of the chairs increases the aesthetic appeal. These rods are welded using projection technology, ensuring a clean fusion from a technical point of view, with a refined aesthetic effect and reduced risk of rust.
The hot-dip galvanized expanded metal of the seat offers exceptional resistance in outdoor environments and is welded to the structure using the same projection technique. Following the standards of EMU's steel products, a complete pre-treatment with cataphoresis is provided, followed by a thermosetting powder paint coating. This process produces a uniformly thick layer of paint, ensuring high adhesion and resistance. To increase seating comfort it is possible to choose the addition of comfortable cushions, in fabric resistant to atmospheric agents, available in five different color shades.
The table top is made of steel, 2 cm thick.

USE AND MAINTENANCE
To keep the product in good condition for a long time, we recommend storing it during the winter in closed, dry places to avoid the formation of condensation . Before the winter season and on a quarterly basis, if the products are stored near the sea, it is recommended to clean the metal surfaces with a soft cloth using water or detergents and protect them with Vaseline oil or car wax. Video “Touching up scratches and restoring metal finishes”

Basic Fabrics
Acrylic fabric: acrylic fabric means a fiber whose basic element is a polymer chain composed of 85% acrylonitrile. The acrylic fiber combines the aesthetic qualities of a luxurious fabric, with a body and touch similar to those of wool, with the functional qualities of resistance to atmospheric agents: it resists UV rays, does not stain and does not rot in water thanks to the speed of drying.
