Where essentiality merges with the useful, Donovan's innovative design creates a harmony between the antique and the modern, giving the bed energetic vintage reflections. The refined quilting with a retro echo ennobles the profile of the headboard, which becomes not only a structural element but also a precious space-saving chest thanks to the two practical miniature concealed shelves, a vertical reinterpretation of the more classic floor-standing bedside table.
The structure of the Donovan bed is solid and strong, made of particle board and solid wood, ensuring durability over time. The headboard, spars and footboard are padded with non-deformable polyurethane foam and upholstered in Tecnoform, ensuring lasting comfort and refined aesthetics. Available in numerous removable fabric finishes in the bed frame, the bed is easy to maintain and clean.
The bed base, with a steel frame and wooden slats, provides a sturdy and comfortable base for the mattress. On request, various models of bed bases, also in solid wood, are available to meet every comfort requirement. For the versions with Container mechanisms, painted steel actuators and gas springs provide smooth and durable movement, making the bed practical and functional.
