Saba Italia Chillout armchair

Enveloping like ambient music, the Chillout armchair by Saba Italia explores the new design trend of making a classic thought contemporary. The project, which bears the signature of designer Giuseppe Viganò, is inspired by an idea of ​​informal living and reinterprets 1950s design with its sinuous lines. Small sartorial details and the original armrest give Chillout a harmonious image and make it an extremely comfortable seat. Slim yet welcoming, with its enveloping silhouette with a sophisticated retro flavor, it has the unique charm of handmade. A passepartout product, perfect in any environment, from the domestic home to contract spaces.
Curved plywood structure padded with polyurethane foam of different densities (75IP and 40IP) covered with interliner, coupled with 100 g/m2 resin.

Feet in drawn wire with a diameter of 12 mm - black nickel finish

Padding: the seat cushion is made with a 50IM expanded polyurethane core and memory foam covered with interliner coupled with 100 g/m2 resin. The lumbar cushion is made with 100% cotton canvas and padded with washed and sterilized goose down.

The designer Giuseppe Viganò dedicates himself to the industrial design of furniture products and the artistic direction of companies in the sector. It also provides graphic consultancy for the creation of catalogues, directly following the photography, systems, communication and advertising pages. He designs trade fair and permanent displays in furniture shops or temporary spaces for specific events and intervenes personally by indicating the choice of products and the study of the scenography. In 2007 he began his collaboration with Saba Italia for which he designed numerous products that fully embrace the company's identity, later becoming artistic director.
