Scab chair Lisa Filò

Elegant, youthful and colourful, the Lisa Filò collection by SCAB is not simply beautiful, but also comfortable and resistant, suitable for outdoor use in both contract and residential environments. The entire body is woven in nautical rope, which covers both the backrest and the seat and part of the armrests in the case of the armchair. The four-legged structure in galvanized tubular steel and painted with polyester powder ensures sturdiness and resistance to atmospheric agents.

Designer: Marcello Ziliani

Born in Brescia in 1963, Marcello Ziliani graduated in architecture in 1988 at the Polytechnic of Milan with Achille Castiglioni as supervisor. He dedicates himself to design, developing projects for the furniture sectors, also dealing with staging, theatrical choreography, art direction and communication. It pays particular attention to aspects of sustainability and "agile production". Since 2011 he has taught product design in the industrial design degree course at the University of San Marino/IUAV.
