Rafael is a collection with an unusual and highly distinctive appearance, suggested by the versatility and impermanence of nature. The sturdy brushed teak structure, with metal staples that add a touch of craftsmanship, meets the textures and shades of the cushions, in a compositional dialogue in which the tables in white marble or stone glazed in the color of the sea are inserted.

The fine craftsmanship of teak, marble and lava stone combines with the refined color range of the fabrics, again designed by Paola Navone, which enhance the upholstered furniture.

All the elements of the collection can be combined with each other and at the same time can experience their functionality on their own. Unusual and original, the hexagonal profiles of the seat, in the new scratched natural teak finish, come to life from the alternation of the elements that characterize the backrest.

Many exhibitions and installations have been curated all over the world: in '83 he won the International Design Award in Osaka, in 2000 he was Designer of the Year for the German magazine Architektur & Wohnen and in 2011 he won the Elle Deco International with 2 projects Design Awards. In 2014 he received the prestigious nomination to be part of the Design Hall of Fame from Interior Design Magazine. In 2018, for the outdoor furniture category, it won the third Elle Deco International Design Awards. Collaborates with the most important names on the international and Italian scene in the world of design.
