Maintenance:
Metal: Clean using a microfibre cloth soaked in neutral soap, household degreaser , alcohol and specific detergents for metals. Always rinse with water and dry after each cleaning. Do not use abrasive, granular detergents and solvents in general.
Teak: The solid Teak shelves guarantee high performance in terms of durability, water resistance and to temperature variations. The durability of teak depends on many factors, in particular exposure to the sun and bad weather, presence of protective treatment with impregnated oils, mechanical stress. Clean using a cloth moistened with warm water. Always dry after cleaning. Do not clean with detergents, denatured alcohol, ammonia, solvents or other acidic or alkaline cleaners. Immediately remove any liquids or other residues to avoid absorption and permanent stains. Maintain annual periodic maintenance. Clean with neutral detergent using a Scotchbrite type sponge to remove residues and impurities. Restore with teak impregnating oil.
Fabric: Regular cleaning is recommended on fabrics to maintain the appearance of textile coverings and prolong their life. Dust and dirt wear the fabric, therefore periodic cleaning with a vacuum cleaner (with less intense suction) is recommended. It is essential to act quickly on stains, liquids must be absorbed with a white absorbent cloth. Non-greasy stains can be removed by gently dabbing with a damp sponge or a white lint-free cloth. Evaluate the effectiveness of detergents on small, hidden parts. Do not use abrasive products, concentrates, solvents or bleaches. Please note that these suggestions are only recommendations and do not guarantee complete stain removal.
